What is a Doula?
A doula is a trained professional who provides physical, mental, emotional, and informational support for a mother before, during and shortly after labor. The continuous support offered by a doula helps mothers achieve the healthiest and most supported birthing experience possible. Whether it’s a family’s first or their tenth baby, a doula adds ease, comfort, and support to both the birth and postpartum experience.

What can Emily offer you?
As a birth doula, she believes that intention and preparedness allow for a sacred birthing experience. She works closely with her clients to understand their visions and intentions for their birth prior to labor. Her primary goal is to help prepare and support each woman and family, creating the most comfortable environment possible to bring little ones into the world knowing they are supported and surrounded by love and compassion.
